Applying for a Habitat for Humanity home is a multi-step process.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Before you begin, please be prepared to provide the following documents as part of your application process:
After you submit your application, you will receive secure links by email to upload your required documents.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• Government-issued photo ID (States Driver's License)
• Proof of household income for each Household member.
(Employers pay statement; SSA, SSI statements; Self-employed Monthly payroll statement,)
• Recent (with in the last 30 days) bank statements (Checking and/or saving)
• Recent (with in the last 30 days) credit report; from one of the three credit Bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion)
You can get a free credit report online. Through online sites like https://www.annualcreditreport.com
Once all required documents are received, your application will be reviewed by the Homeowner Support Committee
Your application is not complete until all required documents are uploaded.
Applications are reviewed in the order they are completed.
